Report these Scammers

I have done what every one has done played bonus and won the capped 15 pound then fully wagered it and ended winning £150 which I have tried to withdraw 10 times they keep declining me even had email saying I have been verified then email 4 hours later been declined money back in bankroll scammers is there a number to report these Scammers
